Setting: My bedroom during night-time sleep Time of OBE Occurrence: Unknown
When I was sleeping I became lucid in this out-of-body experience (OBE) to be looking into my Third Eye. That is the space between your eyebrows.
Third Eye Element Zoom In Technique
I saw a mainly black background. There were 2 separate areas or patches of dark violet jagged stripes in the upper one-third of my Third Eye. There was nothing geometric about it and was more of a free form in nature. The pattern was similar to one from a top I have. I took a photo of this top and it is the image for this blog so you can see what I am writing about.
As I was viewing this, I was hearing Whitney Houston’s pop song “I want to dance with somebody. ” It was in full-blown stereo sound! Because I was lucid, I focused on a specific area, a single stripe in this texture in the patch on the right side of my Third Eye scape.
Analyzing Why I Heard this Specific Song
I don’t know why exactly I heard this song at this time. I love Whitney Houston and enjoyed her music in the eighties. I also love to dance. A few days after her death in 2/11/12 (May she rest in peace) I had an OBE in my nighttime sleep state where I became lucid to hear her voice. In the days prior I had been thinking of her and how tragic it was that she passed. I respected her singing talent greatly. What an amazing voice she had!
In this OBE a few days after her death, I hear her voice and it sounded exactly like her in full stereo. I could not see her but just heard her distinctive sound. I was lucid enough to ask her how she was doing. I knew she had just passed . She didn’t respond to my question but she did say “You have a gift as well.” That was her special message to me and why a level of her consciousness connected with mine in that OBE. Upon waking I was quite amazed and shocked I had this experience with a message from the great musical artist in spirit. I interpreted her reference to my special gift being my channeling abilities and my life purpose as a light worker.
Teaching Point THIRD EYE EXIT TECHNIQUE (TEET): If you become lucid and are able to look through your Third Eye (of course, with your eyes closed) you may see patterns, textures or simply a solid color such as lime green, cantaloupe orange and turquoise. These are some examples of colors I have seen in my Third Eye scape. The patterns and textures I have lucidly recalled vary in colors. You can say there is activity in your Third Eye that you don’t normally experience when you just close your eyes in the active, waking state.
Many times the textures look like fabric to me or even like the stucco pattern of a wall or a ceiling. This patterns may or may not cover your entire Third Eye scape. These patterns or textures may take up anywhere from 10-100% of your Third Eye scape and may occur in various locations of your Third Eye, i.e. in the upper one-third or in an upper right had corner, etc….At this time it is important to zoom in and focus on a specific element you’re seeing in your Third Eye scape to facilitate an OBE. You can do this simply with your intention to do so. I have coined this term the Third Eye Exit Technique. I developed the TEET after many OBEs since my spiritual awakening in 2009 and with some trial and error. It has worked consistently for me 99% of the time since my awakening.
Clairaudiency when Viewing a Third Eye Scape
When you are viewing a Third Eye scape lucidly, you may hear full-blown stereo sounds, music, lyrics, etc… This is known as the psychic sense of clairaudiency. This is when you hear sounds in your mind that others around you on the physical plane may not hear.
Teaching Point-ANALYZING CLAIRAUDIENCY: Analyze why you may have heard a specific song or type of music and attempt to correlate it to your life if possible.
Focusing on a Single Element in Your Third Eye Scape
As soon you focus on a single element in your Third Eye scape, it should create some change in your Third Eye and propel you to the next step of your OBE. The following may then occur:
– Feeling a motion of forward acceleration, which may include you feeling like warm air is blowing past you
– Seeing additional Third Eye scape changes like patterns, textures or lights. This can be single colors or a multitude of colors
– Hearing music or sounds in full blown stereo

Back to the OBE:
To my surprise after focusing on single stripe in my Third Eye scape, nothing appeared to happen. I, then, shifted my gaze to a stripe in the second patch on the most left side of my Third Eye scape. At the time, I didn’t realize it until waking up that there was slight force on my back as if someone was behind me pushing me forward.
Teaching Point-ESCORTS AND HELPERS: In an OBE you may have non-physical helpers or escorts. They help you get to the next point of your OBE. All of my helpers have been unfamiliar and different. To date, I don’t remember having the same helper twice. In a way, I wish I did. It would be nice to have someone familiar instead of new beings every time. That is a human tendency to want familiarity.
Seeing or Sensing Helpers
You may or may not see these helpers. Sometimes, they will morph into their bodies right before my eyes. You may sense them instead. I would recommend you take your arms and feel around your physical form if you sense the presence of a helper. I learned to do this and many times I can feel a human form right behind me. At times, it is as if I am attached to the front of their bodies, that’s how physically close we are too each other. Sometimes, when I feel around me to see if there is a helper, it causes them to morph into a visible presence, which I appreciate.
Transportation Vehicle Used by Helpers
Most of the time I have found the helpers are transporting me by their sheer strength. They seem to have the ability to do this. Infrequently, they are driving some sort of interdimensional vehicle, like a sled.
Helpers May Not Be the Friendliest
In my OBE experiences I would estimate about seventy-five percent of my helpers are not the friendliest. They are often taciturn. I have learned to accept this. When one is friendly, I am surprised. I sense they are there to do a function and just want to complete their task of getting their charge to the next juncture. They are not there to have small talk, etc.. I also sense they are overworked. Maybe being an interdimensional helper or escort is a low job on the totem pole of their dimensional existences.
In my experiences, I have noticed they like to be discreet and often get impatient if I ask them their names. One of them told me it wasn’t important. Another one asked why do I always have to ask for a name. One helper who was driving a sort of sled and I was laying in the back of it, threw a blanket over my face to quiet me up because I was asking him too many questions! Ha! I get no respect sometimes in these OBEs! I am just trying to gleam information about these helpers so I can share them on this blog for others to learn!
These type of experiences with non-talkative helpers may be unique to me and my life purpose. Perhaps, pre-incarnation I asked for very little help when I had OBEs when I incarnated so that I can learn on my own. You may have different experiences with helpers.
Back to the OBE:
All of sudden after focusing on another stripe in the second patch of my Third Eye scape, the scene changed suddenly as they tend to do in OBEs. I find myself in front of a stage like you would find in a high school auditorium. It felt like I had been pushed into this scene and I was looking over my shoulder to the right. Then I start doing some stretches in front of stage. The rest of the OBE is irrelevant in terms of teaching points.

I had an unusual out-of-body experience (OBE). I share it to help you understand your multi-dimensional nature and spectrum of OBE experiences you may have. We have many levels of consciousness. You experience this in your sleep time naturally and spontaneously, whether you remember it or not. In the physically relaxed state of sleep, you enter an altered state of consciousness. A level of consciousness can then roam freely and visit, observe and interact in other dimensional planes of realities located in different frequencies than the Earthly plane. I want to encourage you to look at your dream state differently and through the filter of human multi-dimensionality.
This OBE occurred in an altered state of consciousness during my night-time sleep when I was deeply relaxed. The OBE occurred spontaneously and I did not initiate it.
OBEs have been my new reality since my spiritual awakening in 2009. One of my life functions is to share my psychic experiences, including OBEs so others can learn from them, to not be overwhelmed if they experience a similar OBE and to have some level of understanding and preparedness. As more and more people spiritually awaken in this astrological Age of Aquarius we are in and raise their vibration, lucid OBEs will become more common. “This will become more and more common place as others raise their vibrations and have lucid recall.” (The previous sentence in quotes I directly channeled on 8/7/15.)
What Dreams Really Are
I refer to most dreams as OBEs to create the awareness that we experience our multi-dimensionality in our sleep state. I don’t believe dreams are “just dreams”. All dreams are significant, and there is real value in interpreting them if you can recall them. All dreams occur in other dimensional frequencies. The beings in these dimensional frequencies may or may not be aspects of consciousness you are familiar with on the Earthly plane. They can be loved ones or not.
Learning Our Lessons in OBEs
If there is a life lesson for you to learn on the Earthly plane for your spiritual evolution, you may experience it in your dream time as well for you to get the teaching. When this happens, it occurs on another dimensional platform with beings or people you may or may not know to help you learn. Therefore, OBEs can be a way for your subconscious to get certain salient points across or make certain teachings known to you to help you with your spiritual evolution on Earth. This is a more traditional approach to dream work.
I have taken the traditional approach to dreams and added a unique twist to it. That of dreams occurring on another non-physical dimensional landscape, which vibrates at other frequencies. My OBE framework goes deeper than dreams just being your imagination. Do not discount the import of your dreams.
Sleep Time is OBE Time
Our sleep time is one time for our interdimensional travels. In this extremely relaxed state, our ego including our self-defense and protection mechanisms are down. This allows a level of our consciousness to explore other dimensions. In our sleep state and other altered states of consciousness like deep meditation, our spirit can freely explore.
We are multi-dimensional beings and experience realities on other levels, concurrent to our human existence. I have channeled a few messages from Light Beings that share this educational content as well.
In our dream state, when we are in an altered state of consciousness, because we are so relaxed, we are able to experience these parallel realities in “other dimensions of time and space.” (Note: I directly channeled what is preceding in quotes on 8/7/15.)
Everyone experiences OBEs in their dream state. Some or most people are just not lucid during this time and are unable to recall them upon waking.
Higher Consciousness and OBE Lucidity
As you raise your consciousness and therefore your vibration in your Earthly life by transcending your ego and becoming more self-aware and mindful, you will also become more aware during your OBEs. You will start remembering more and more of the details of your night-time activities as you sleep.
Other Dimensions
The Earth and our conscious existence is located in the Third Dimension, the 3-D. I will refer to the Third Dimension, the Earthly Dimension, as the 3-D from here on. There are other dimensional realities besides the Third Dimension. There are located on frequencies that many people are not aware of with their physical senses.
All of these dimensions are existing simultaneously but in different frequencies not readily discernible with the physical senses to most people. There are an infinite number of dimensions. Each dimension has its unique landscape, inhabitants, technologies, “rules” and society mores. These can be very different from the Third Dimension. This OBE illustrates a dimension, different from the Earth Dimension.
Your Spirit, Another Level of Consciousness, as OBE Navigator
My theory is my spirit is responsible for my OBE destinations, navigations & OBE development or simply for the thrill of an adventure. This explains why the scenes break so suddenly and spontaneously. However, because my spirit is another level of consciousness not readily accessed by my conscious level because it is behind the Veil, I have no clue on a conscious level that this is going on. I have received sporadic telepathic information that refers to my spirit as my GPS navigator. Sometimes, I think my spirit is crazy as to where it decides to take me!
It appears to me what dimensional realm I visit happen randomly and spontaneously. In some of my OBE experiences because I am lucid & still retaining my 3-D beliefs and knowledge, I am often confused in the OBE and don’t understand what is going on.
