I share the below interesting messages about my alien Arcturian background that I received when I was on a plane from Atlanta to Seattle.

I received this information, clairaudiently, which is telepathically in my own thought voice, which is how I usually receive information. You can read more my background by clicking here.

I shared this experience to teach the following:

1. How it is possible to receive telepathic information from light beings, who exist in other dimensional frequencies, when you are in a relaxed state and away from distractions. In this message, I received information about my life as an Arcturian. I even heard a pop song about a hero to support the information that was coming in!
2. How this telepathic information may come in as “chat” time in real time, where you can ask questions and have a back and forth conversation. This is not common for me but does happen from time to time. When it does come in like this, I truly appreciate it!
3. To ask the light beings to turn up the volume or help you  raise your vibration to hear them more clearly if you are having trouble hearing their communication.   In this experience, I telepathically asked them to turn up the volume.  Sometimes, I will send them a clairvoyant image of a giant human ear as a symbol to let them know that I cannot hear them. Or I send them an image of a volume meter.  I figure if they can send us symbols and images, I can do the same.  In only about 10% of the time do I notice a difference in the volume after sending my request.  But I still ask them to do this. It is important for them to know the challenges I have in receiving their messages clearly so I do share this with them.   I am not sure how much awareness they have of this and whether they can sense that I am straining to hear their messages so I just share this upfront with them telepathically.
4. To increase the quality of the telepathic transmission, be aware of the environment and your vibrational state when receiving telepathic information. Being able to hear clearly depends on many factors at the time of transmission including the following: (1) your level of vibration, which is dependent on your emotional state of being at the time of transmission and the quality of the thought forms you consistently hold (2) the level of air quality-the environment that you are in at the time. I received specific information on this factor.  The air is a thought transmission delivery system.  I directly channeled this information for the April 2014 Global Earth Meditation. ” For the air is a delivery system, capable of delivering streams of information into your thought consciousness and your body parts.” (Please click here for the entire channeled message.)   During one telepathic communication in 2014 when I did ask the beings to help me raise my vibration because I was having difficulty hearing them,  I received back ” the air quality… World War II…”  I sensed that the air quality had been degraded as an effect of WW II,  a sad commentary on the lingering effects of war on our environment. (3) the beings’ own adeptness in sending transmissions.  (4) lunar cycles and planetary positions
5. How some humans are aliens and hybrids and may come from other planets, galaxies or dimensional realms. In my experience, I learned that I was an Arcturian and clairvoyantly saw that some of my planet’s landscape was of copper-red, orange sand in an out-of-body experience (OOB).
6. How you may hear the telepathic information only in phrases, single words and symbols and that you may need to piece it together.  I am a professional psychic  and at times I still receive information like this rather than in a streaming, complete flow. Some other professional psychics and mediums receive information in this parsed fashion as well.  I have learned to accept this.
7. How strong the Veil is. This is the barrier that exists upon birth that does not allow easy access to your concurrent and past lives. It is there for our protection. Despite all the clues and references I have been given about my alien life, I am not cognizant of this and do not have any conscious memories of this. If I wasn’t hearing it myself, I would not have any idea of this.
8. How you may receive telepathic words as foreshadowing as to what you may receive telepathically later in the next few days or weeks. In this experience, I received the words “carton” and “Sandalphon” a few days prior to this message.
9. How your OOBs may be indicators of other concurrent, future, past &/or alien lives that you experienced. I had two lucid OOBs prior that correlated to this message I received about my alien background.
10. The possibility that light beings, including the Angelic Realm, may use avatars to present themselves to you clairvoyantly. This may not necessarily be how they really are. This is done for a person’s comfort and for them to have a level of acceptance. The same being may present a different avatar to the individual that they come to depending on the individual’s belief system.  In this message, I felt that Archangel Sandalphon showed me his avatar.
11. How some of your natural tendencies or interests in this life may correlate to your other lives. For me, it was my interest in watching spy and secret agent movies and TV series that tied to my Arcturian background.

 3/23/15 Monday 8:49pm EST on a Delta Flight from Atlanta to Seattle

I received below information telepathically about half way into this four-hour and forty-four minute flight. I was very relaxed and had just finished reading a book on how to self-publish for the second time in preparation for the writing of my first book on spiritual awakening and channeled messages. I paraphrased what I received below as best as I could recall and put it in transcript form.

Precursors to this Message:

The Term  “Carton”

The past three to four days prior to this message, I telepathically heard “carton” at random times about twice a day. I have heard it as well in 2014 on and off but the frequency of hearing this increased recently. I sense that this is a term that my Guides use to denote a receptacle in my energetic field that stores and organizes information and experiences about my lives. For whatever reason, this term was used and not the term “Akasha”, which contains every thought, word, action and deed of all your lives since your soul’s inception. The paraphrased transcript:

The Thought Providers: You are an Arcturian. You were rescued.

Katy: Please provide more specific info about where I was rescued from.

The Thought Providers: From Arcturon. The battle…with the legions, the factions… siege…

Katy: How was I hurt?

The Thought Providers: Bomb…blast…shrapnel…You were mortally wounded…

Katy: Was I involved in the fighting?

Note: I couldn’t bear the thought that I wielded a gun or some kind of weapon and used it to hurt others. But I know in many of our past and concurrent lifetimes, we do participate in this.

The Thought Providers: Protected yourself…You fought valiantly… You have fortitude…

Note: In the back of my mind, I heard softly but distinctly, the pop song from 1984 by Bonnie Taylor called “Holding Out for a Hero”. Coming into mind telepathically, it sounded like it did on the radio!

Clairvoyantly, I saw the surface of a planet that looked like Mars, which is known as the Red Planet. It looked dusty, dry and with copper red-orange colored sand. I saw that there were dwellings inside caves that bordered the sand.

My 2014 OOB Showing the Battle–a Precursor to this Message

Clairvoyantly, I received a vision of a lucid out-of-body experience I had in about 2014. I sensed that in this OOB my past life was being replayed here. In this OOB, I became lucid, and I was viewing an aerial view of an attack of two forces on a dusty orange-brown sandy surface. One of the forces was dressed in white, high gloss plastic looking armor, very similar in appearance to the storm trooper forces in the sci-fi series “Star Wars.” There were about two groupings of about three soldiers in this white armor. They would move sideways furtively and quickly to the next set of underbrush to take cover in. As I typed this, I heard that they were battalions. The terrain that they were in was a desert scene with distinctive dry, barren copper-red and orange sand. Then in this OOB after I saw the soldiers’ maneuvers, writing with black text on paper was shown. It said the “The battle of X.” It was some foreign unfamiliar name that was about 10-15 letters long.

All this correlates to what I have heard telepathically before in 2014 & 2015 at random times during the day.  This was not new information. Also, I have heard that I have been rebuilt like Frankenstein. It was probably after this battle  where I was hurt that I was rebuilt.

Also in the past, I also have heard that I am a star seed, an Arcturian, a “hybrid”,　”genetically modified” and a transient.　The day after I received this message, I heard the word “hybrid” again as a reminder to me that I was one. Prior to this message I heard that I had been “rescued” and “restored”, and that I am in the “witness protection program.”　 In 2014 I received about four clairvoyant images of the fictional character Frankenstein, where he was laying on the treatment table while the eccentric scientist was rebuilding him.　It was my Guides way of providing me this literary allusion, showing me that I had been rebuilt like Frankenstein.

It is strange to me though. Despite what I have received and seen in my OOBs, on a conscious level, I have no recollection of these experience as an Arcturian. This shows how strong the Veil is between your concurrent and past lives. Click here to learn more about the Veil.

The Thought Providers: Purple hue…

Note: I received a clairvoyant image of a bald-headed being about average height in a long solid colored robe to her ankles. She was hovering a few inches off the floor. I felt that she did not walk but hovered from place to place. Was that me? I wondered.

I have heard telepathically many times in 2014 that I am violet. I thought then that it was a reference to my aura color but maybe it was a reference to my Arcturian alien background.

Katy: What was my name?

The Thought Providers: Ar…ya…

Note: I could not hear my name clearly.

Katy: Please speak louder.  I cannot hear your clearly.  Did I have any family? Please describe my family, any brothers, sisters or parents.

The Thought Providers: You have a brother.

Katy: Is it the same brother as I have in this lifetime?

Katy: Are these the same two sisters as I have in this lifetime?

The Thought Providers: Your parents were high level officials… Politburo…You were specially trained as a child for… criminals… enforcement. You underwent vigorous exercises to test your mental endurance and physical adaptation…

Note: About the last quarter in 2014 I heard telepathically that I was “Dauntless.” This was a reference to the group in the sci-fi movie “Divergent” that acted as security and protected the citizens. They were fearless and athletic. This reference to “Dauntless” correlates to my role in criminal enforcement in this recent message.

The Thought Providers: Sandalphon…

Archangel Sandalphon

Note: Clairvoyantly, I saw an image of a man with sandy brown hair parted to the side and with a slender build. Was this Archangel Sandalphon or how he wanted to present himself to me? I have not received this likeness before. Sometimes light beings use avatars to present themselves so that the people receiving it will be comfortable with them. I sensed that Archangel Sandalphon was involved in my rescue mission after I got hurt. As a precursor to his name, I have heard “Sandalphon” telepathically twice at random times during the past few days.

A 2014 OOB Endurance Simulation – a Precursor to This Message

Note: This message explains the few lucid OOBs I have had in 2014 where I was experiencing intense physical training as a Navy Seal would do. In one of these OOBs, I became lucid to find myself in an upright vertical enclosed pod. There was a male voice being piped in. He said something to me briefly about what I was going to experience. The pod was moving slowly forward. I felt like it was a pod attached to a conveyor track from above. I felt water rising within the pod. It came up to my waist and then come up slowly to my neck. I started to panic. The water continued to rise to my chin. Then the OOB broke probably because of my distress level.

My Other OOBs in 2014 and Prior about Being an Agent or Spy

I have had numerous OOBs, perhaps about 10-15 where I was part of a mission with other agents, and we would engage in undercover rescue operations or my fellow agents would help to extricate me from a situation.

 My Interest in Spy Movies Growing Up-A Precursor to this Message I have always enjoyed spy movies of intrigue. Perhaps it was the energetic imprint and specialized training I underwent in my Arcturian background. As a child growing up, I enjoyed the spy comedy series “Get Smart”. Also, as an adolescent I  would often play one of the female detectives in the popular TV crime drama series “Charlie’s Angels” with my childhood friend. I will provide updates to this message about my Arcturian background in the future as I receive them.

Since my spiritual awakening in 2009, I have had some amazing psychic experiences, including　weekly　lucid out-of-body experiences (OOBs), participating in spirit cross-overs and channeling messages from beings that exist in other dimensions.　 A spiritual awakening occurs when you　start to raise you consciousness.　 You begin to look at the world around you and　your own life differently.　 You realize that you are spiritual being having a physical existence for your own evolution.
