I am sharing my experience of last evening 7/10/13.  I attended class one of a six part series of classes on accessing your Akashic records.  Though I have been channeling messages from beings of light and love since 2009, I have not accessed my own Akashic records consciously.

“The Akashic Records are an energetic imprint of every thought, action, emotion, and experience that has ever occurred in time and space.  The Akashic Records can also be understood as the imprint of all experiences of all lifetime in all realities.  They are an etheric, holographic repository of information for human consciousness for the past, present and potentials for the future. ” It is located in another dimension yet “is available everywhere, all the time.” 

“Everyone can access information from the Akashic Records at any time, and indeed we do!  The flashes of intuition and knowing hunches that occur every day are glimpses into the divine wisdom contained in the Akashic Records.  Every being in the Universe contributes to and accesses the Akashic Records.  Because we are all created by and connected to the energy of Love, our divine birthright includes having access to the divine wisdom and knowledge contained in the Akashic Records.” (from http://spiritlibrary.com/spiritual-entities/akashic-records)

Subtleness of the Akashic Records Connection

I opened up my own Akashic Records through a special prayer through the author Linda Howe’s Pathway Prayer Process.  She writes extensively on the Akashic Records.  This prayer to access the Records is very powerful. The first time I said it during the class, I did not feel a connection.  However, the second time I said it, I noticed a very subtle shift halfway into it.  Another class participant shared that he had the same experience, where the first time in saying the prayer he did not feel or notice anything but the second time he did.  I want to stress that for me, it was very subtle.  I transcribed the message by hand as I received it, telepathically.

As I was receiving the message I did try to get images clairvoyantly of perhaps the Lords of the Akashic Records but was not successful in doing so.  I also attempted to sense an energetic vibration shift with the Akashic Records connection but could not readily discern this.  My guides have been telling me the past two months and working with me at times to feel the energetic vibration of the different beings I channel.  The main indicator of this connection to the Akashic records for me was the stream of words flowing into my mind.

Intuition vs Akashic Records

Before opening up our Akashic Records, the class did an exercise to channel our intuition first to answer a specific life question.  Then after that we accessed our Records and asked the same life question, to see what the Akashic Records would deliver.  It was very interesting for me to note the difference in the two.  The message using my intuition seemed indirect and roundabout and did not even answer my question.  It was as if I was blocking it somehow.  This is not unusual as in the past, the few times I attempted to do so, I felt like I was blocking myself and the answers were not clear.  To be honest, when it came time to channel the Akashic Records, I was expecting more of the same. It was to my pleasant surprise that I immediately heard words in my thought voice coming in!  This is how I receive channeled messages also in my thought voice.  The guides call it “thought transference” which is another word for telepathic. 

I received more validating and concrete information with the Akashic Records than I did with my intuition.  I would have liked the Akashic Records answer to have been more specific but perhaps after practice, I will be able to access more detailed information for myself and others through the Akashic Records.

I share the message below with you for the following reasons:

1) To show the very real possibility and potential for accessing the incredible information field of the Akashic Records  if you are open, receptive and prepared to do so.

2)  I felt the message I received was universal and inspiring for others as well. 

3)  To be aware that it is helpful to have a specific message to ask once you are in the Akashic records for an answer to be received. 

My question is listed below.  The teacher instructed us that the more specific the question is, the more specific the answer will be. This is exactly the way I found it to be when I channel light beings as well.

4) To emphasize the subtleness of the connection to the Akashic Records that you may feel. For me it was this way.  Even as I was receiving the message, it was my “quiet” thought voice that delivered this message.

5) The possibility of the difference in the quality and flow of information from your intuition versus the Akashic Records.

My Question to the Akashic Records: Please guide me on the two tarot cards I received yesterday. The first card was the Death card, which is a symbol of transformation and rebirth and the second card was the 3 of Pentacles.  What do I need to hear that hasn’t been revealed to me consciously?

 Akashic Records: You currently have developed a pattern of questions and answers.  Know it is not easy, we know, but the Lords smile gently on you.(1)  Know you are safe.  To be in this sacred space is genuine.  In order for you to grow, you must acknowledge your immortality.  See beyond your current horizon.  You are limited only by your presets, your design.  Do not be limited.  Feel the opportunity.  Your Kundalini is rising, rearing its head and ready. (2)  You need to know that you genuinely anticipated this level of learning.  Learn to let go and feel free, unbounded.  Release your parameters, your set ways.  Know that you are developing.  In order to develop evolutionarily, you must revisit your heritage, your lines of learning.  Do not languish in self-doubt.  Feel the freedom.  Your last two evolutions you learned that your desires outweighed your substantial commitment to be of purpose, to be of service.  You no longer need these type of intentions.  Be wise and do not be delinquent.  You are collecting massive amounts of information of import. Celebrate!  You should be in wonder and awe and not in self-doubt.  You are limitless.

I stopped this message at this point because of the limited time for the exercise in the class.

Commentary: (1) Please note the Lords referred to above are the beings of light and love that help you access the Akashic records.

 (2) Kundalini is a subtle energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine until it is activated.  It can be activated by various yogic exercises, breathing exercises and spiritual development & evolution.
