For whatever reason, I decided to wear jeans out to dinner with my husband on 12/26/17 which I haven’t done in a while. I like to dress up, especially when I am with my husband to make it a special date night.  I came home from this amazing dinner and telepathically heard in my own thought voice the name for this song “Angels in Denim.” 

It was odd during our dinner, I felt like my angel wings had unfolded from my back and were undulating. It was a strange sensation but comforting. This is the third time I have felt what I would describe as large wings unfolding from my back. Each of the three times this has happened, it happened naturally and spontaneously with no inducement on my part. In fact, I wasn’t aware that such things could happen!

My Discomfort with Concept of  Me Being an Angel in Human Form

I feel slightly uncomfortable talking about this feeling angel of wings unfolding from behind my back. I don’t want to appear arrogant or of hubris. I think many people will think I want attention or want to feel important by sharing this.  In all honesty, from what I have learned since my spiritual awakening started in the Spring of 2009, I don’t believe consciously that angels can be in human form. Some metaphysical teachings state angels are of divine nature and because of their super high vibration, they do not incarnate on Earth as humans.  The exception being the angel, Metatron, who did walk the Earth. Please Google that name to learn more about him as that is outside the scope of what I want to share in this post. I know, too, that other metaphysical teachings may contradict this. It is difficult to get conclusive knowledge on such esoteric subjects.

There is definitely some disconnect from what I believe about angels not being able to incarnate to what I have felt as angel wings unfolding behind my back a few times. Another message I received to possibly support this possibility occurred during an out-of-body experience (OBE) in my sleep state in about 2016.  I was at a special function, “a gala.” The females were dressed up in beautiful gowns. One woman was talking to me. She was about to tell me something when another woman hushed her and told her “She (meaning me)  doesn’t know who she is yet. ” Who am I? Was this a reference to having an aspect of me that is angelic?  Hmmm…

I have experienced other levels of my consciousness lucidly in OBEs throughout the years. This includes my concurrent lifetimes. In fact, I telepathically heard a few times “Your parallel lives will be intersecting. ” I have had OBEs where I had different husbands, boyfriends, children and different mothers. From my OBEs, I learned human beings are very complex. We exist on many levels of consciousness. Perhaps, on some level I am an angelic being, which is why I felt my angel wings.

I will wait for the Universe to send me more synchronicities to either validate or dispute this possibility. I share these occurrences of sensing angel wings unfolding behind my back as an observation, for chronicling purposes and for your learning about the kind of extraordinary experiences you may have when you spiritually awaken.

Discomfort with Being Called an Oracle

On a side note since I am on the topic of feeling discomfort,  I am also uncomfortable with referring to myself as an oracle. I prefer to say I am a messenger or a channeler.  To me, that is more humbling and so I prefer that. This is the first time I have shared publicly of receiving multiple messages that I am an oracle. Throughout 2017 I must have heard this hundreds of times telepathically and spontaneously.

I heard “You are an oracle”  as soon as I shut my eyes for sleep, in between my dreams, upon waking up, during meditations and just while doing mundane tasks during the day. It was like a record that skipped on the same part of a song.

I telepathically told the Universe “I got it! I got it!!” Then many times I  asked the Universe to send me another new message because I was tired of hearing this one! Sometimes, I am a wise guy.

Angel Wings Unfolding

The first time I felt these two large wings, one on each side of my back, unfolding was in 2009 or 2010 when my spouse was giving me a Reiki session at home. As soon as the session started and as I lay on the massage table, I felt the sensation of large wings about eight feet across unfold from the center of my back and spread out behind me. I also clairvoyantly see them as pure white and feathery.

The second time I felt my large wings unfold from my mid back was during the Summer of 2017 in the Northeast when I was with my daughter watching the movie Wonder Woman in the movie theater at a matinée. Isn’t that very telling that I felt this sensation during the movie “Wonder Woman? ” The Universe is amazing with its level of creativity and sense of humour. That movie was non-stop, action packed. Therefore, I am surprised I was aware of these sensations with the high level of stimuli of sight and sound as I viewed the screen.

In the movie theater after my wings unfolded, I heard the name “Edgar Cayce” telepathically in my own thought voice. He is a consciousness that was known as the Sleeping Prophet on Earth when he incarnated in the 1900s.  I have channeled him for clients’ readings in the past to provide life guidance. (Note: As of May 2017, I no longer provide these type of readings.)

I also received a clairvoyant image of Edgar Cayce after I heard his name.  He told me to fold my wings back in. I was letting them undulate slowly behind me. I thought maybe it was inappropriate to have them full-out in the theater. Maybe there is some sort of angel etiquette? Or more likely, I sensed, there was some sort of danger with that.  Maybe the wings would put me on the radar of the “dark side.” It will be some kind of marker for them to find me and I was blowing my cover. I consider myself an optimist and not paranoid but I have received enough channeled messages with innuendos of the dark forces that I am not naïve.

It felt so good to feel the wings spread out like that in the theater! It is quite the comforting and soothing feeling. It was hard to fold my wings back in as Mr. Cayce advised me to do. I was reluctant to do so because it was so pleasant to feel them out; However with some force using my intention, imagination and visualization, I did. Why would Mr. Cayce cross all those dimensional frequencies to give me the message to fold my wings back in if it wasn’t important? I wanted to respect his advice.

I am noting that of the three times I have felt this, only one time was I told telepathically to fold the wings back in.

About This Song

I wrote the majority of this song in about thirty minutes after coming home. It flowed pretty good and I did not labor over it at all. My creative juices must have been activated. Then the next day I made some additional editorial tweaks. I first shared it on my personal Facebook where I wrote it on the spot as comments. It is now that I have added it to my blog.

I did receive some channeled help during the composition of this song. I can tell when the Universe was helping me by giving me some words telepathically.  It wasn’t one hundred percent directly channeled. I have become aware enough of the thoughts in my mind where I can tell the difference when the Universe helps me by transmitting words telepathically from my own mind generated thoughts. I have been honing this awareness of my mind activity for the past nine years.

I know the Universe wants me to do more of this type of creative writing. I should block off more time for this. In my defense, I have been busy writing my second work on Spiritual Awakening and starting in 2018 chronicling almost daily my out-of-body experiences and psychic phenomena I experience.  There is only so much time in the day! I can better choices in my priorities. I am hearing that telepathically!

Since 2016 I have heard telepathically from time to time to write poetry. I have written seven pieces to date and shared them here on this blog. This is the second song I have written. The first one “What I’m grateful for” I wrote and that was channeled on 11/16/17. Wow! I cannot believe it has been a year since my last song. Angels in Denim.
They don’t care for the size of your check book.
It is your tenderness that is the hook.
It doesn’t matter the kind of car you drive.
It does matter how you respect others and thrive!
